Reveri’s pop-up dining events

The Foundry Asia is joining forces with Plantin Kaviari and Perrier Jouët to hold exclusive dining events in collaboration with renowned Malaysian restaurant Eat and Cook Asia and Sheung Wan’s modern Asian restaurant Reveri for two evenings. On January 19, Eat and Cook Asia’s founder Chef Lee will create an eight-course menu (from $1,380) full of contemporary Malaysian dishes, such as their signature egg & toast, X.O chilli lobster, smoked pork ribs with herbs and claypot rice, apam balik 3.0, and plenty more. On the following day, Chef Lee and Reveri’s chef-owner John Law will be joined by private dining and catering chef Rania Hatoum of R.H. Fine Dining and Tarte by R.H. for a six-hands dining collaboration (from $2,068), where they’ll be plating up their iconic dishes for eager customers to try. On both evenings, diners can opt for a Champagne pairing with Perrier Jouët, or order a non-alcoholic drink pairing instead.
