While most headlines said Labor Day Weekend was the end of summer, this weekend actually marks the last official weekend before the fall equinox on Thursday, September 22. While it may have felt like fall had already hit in Los Angeles this week with temperatures dropping to the high 60s in some areas, cloudy skies and even a couple of rain drops, we hope you haven't put your summer wardrobe away just yet because it looks like we'll be getting at least one more weekend of beach weather.

Los Angeles temps will be back in the 80s by Saturday and in the 90s by Sunday, with some valley areas, including Van Nuys, hitting the hundreds. In the beach cities, you can expect perfect beach weather, 80 degrees and sunshine. Yep, summer is really going out with a bang.

So how should you enjoy this last weekend of summer? Well, we have some suggestions for you.

1. Jump into a swimming hole: Once the rain comes—or rather, if it comes—it won't be the safest time to explore these natural pools, so enjoy them while you can.

2. Go for a hike: What better way to say goodbye to summer than soaking up the sun on a hike?

3. Hang at the beach: Head to the beach and jump into the ocean before the water gets too cold to enjoy without a wetsuit.

4. Go to the Observatory: Once the clouds of fall and winter start rolling in, you won't be able to see the stars!

5. Catch a movie at Rooftop Film Club: Enjoy the warm weather during a rooftop screening of some classic flicks.
