Jessi Singh of Daughter In Law, Horn Please and Babu Ji is at it again with another take on the modern dining experience with an Indian touch, this time in the form of a wine bar. Mrs Singh is a restaurant and wine bar with a bottle shop so you can take any wines of the three-hundred bottle strong list home. For lunch, the express thalis that Singh has become known for in the CBD will be available alongside a Champagne cart service and the Singh signature help-yourself beer fridge. The evening service will be the most fusion of menus Singh has dished up to date with dishes like pratha served with 15 month aged Comte, mango and chilli; lobster rolls with curry chips; and crab croquettes with mint and pineapple chutney.
