We all know Studio Ghibli as the makers of animated films that make your heart hurt with how much you love them, and now a bakery is Ascot Vale is doubling down on their Ghibli love with a whole range of sweet treats themed around beloved Ghibli characters.
Mister Nice Guys' Bakeshop is all about inclusive snacking, so they make vegan, gluten-free, fructose-free and sugar-free creations, and on Sunday, September 3 they will be releasing Totoro doughnuts, iced to look like your favourite furry forest-dwelling monster-rabbits; cupcake versions of the sweet little soot sprites from Spirited Away, and matcha milkshakes and cheesecakes for lovers of all things Japanese.
You even get a free coffee if you come in costume, and those who hit up the bakery for their Game of Thrones day will know to show up early - the GoT snacks sold out by 3pm.
