Here's a sneak peek at the new look Everleigh

It's undoubtedly one of the best cocktail bars in the city, and their focus on tailoring a drinking experience to the individual tastes of their guests is something we all love about the Everleigh, but dang it if getting a seat up at the bar wasn't a tricky thing to time.

Clearly they agree with us, having just unveiled their new look after a renovation that has taken this classy, elegant, old-fashioned bar and turned it into... a classy, elegant, old-fashioned bar, but with more bar seating. This is ace news because it lets you sit up amongst the action and interact more over drinks.

You can still leave your fate in the hands of the professionals with the Bartenders Choice menu option, but they've also added an aperitif menu to let people ease into the evening as they're now opening at the earlier hour of 5pm.  You can also upgrade your regular order with the 'Cocktail De-Luxe' menu - a list of favourites chosen by the bar team, made with premium spirits.
Want to try something new? Pony up for a taste of their rare vintage spirits range from the 1930's-1980's. We're talking Old Overholt Rye Whiskey from 1936 and a Gordon's 1950's gin Martini. Go get fancy, everyone.
