In a bit of a winter fitness funk? Port Melbourne’s cycle studio Bodhi and Ride have a solution.

For two days only, they’ll be transforming Kingpin Crown’s laser tag arena into a pumping, high energy spin chamber. The lights will be turned down low and the bass turned up to 11 for a high-intensity spin class in Crown’s recently refurbished laser tag room.

Does laser tag mix with spin? We're not sure but you can give it a go on Monday August 14 and Tuesday August 15, Bodhi and Ride will run three pop-up ride classes each night at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. Classes will cost $25, run for 35 minutes and will be a rigorous workout for your whole body.

Plus, every attendee will score a free Kingpin arcade games voucher to use after the sweat clears. You can book your spot here.

Skint on cash? Here’s where you can find cheap health and fitness classes in Melbourne.
