Time Out says

Get ready to bask in the poptastic glow of the Canadian singer-songwriter when she returns to Melbourne

If you only know Carly Rae Jepsen for her breakout single ‘Call Me Maybe’, you’re doing yourself a disservice. Since bursting onto the music scene in 2012 with that undeniable earworm, she’s established herself as a bona fide pop star, releasing six studio albums – including 2015’s critically lauded and culture-shifting Emotion.

And now, to coincide with the release of her newest album, The Loneliest Time, Jepsen is returning to Australian shores for a four-show run. The So Nice tour will begin in Sydney on March 7, followed by Brisbane on March 9 and then Melbourne on March 13 and 14.

It’s Jepsen’s first time in Australia since her string of sold-out gigs back in 2019, and those heading to the Forum for the exclusive Melbourne performance can expect to hear bangers like ‘Talking To Yourself’ and the sparkling, disco-inspired title track that doubles as a duet with renowned singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright.

Local pop act Memphis LK has been announced as the national support, set to join Jepsen on all upcoming Australian dates.

Frontier members can score pre-sale tickets from 11am on October 27, before the general public sale kicks off on October 31. For more ticketing information, head to the website.
