Tom Misch has been playing music since the age of four, but it wasn't until around 2018 with the release of Geography that his professional music career really took off. The album, which fuses together jazz, soul and disco, is easy listening without veering into elevator music category.
With more than five million monthly listeners on Spotify and one billion streams across his catalogue, it's no surprise that his tunes have caught the attention of the likes of former U.S. president Barack Obama. His favourite track? The neo-soul and funk-infused track 'Disco Yes', which is nearly impossible to listen to without starting to groove.
