Gary's Meats is now holding classes to teach you how to butcher meat like a pro

We all have that one friend who has everything. So, in answer to what you get someone who wants for nothing, the butcher at Gary's Meats is passing on his skills in private butchery workshops.

Each class will have Gary himself (who has 45 years of butchery experience) showing you how to break down a whole lamb and prepare each of the prime cuts. Then, you'll be given your own side of saltbush lamb and be guided through a step-by-step process of hands-on butchery. Each person will be given their self-butchered lamb worth $300 to take home, along with their very own butcher's knife, apron and tea towel. 

There's a catch, though. Education by an expert and the most unique gift you could ever think of doesn't come cheap, with the price for one person coming to $499.
