Award-winning speciality coffee purveyor, Campos Coffee, has opened a flagship Victorian Store in South Yarra, on the always bustling Chapel Street. The store will serve the signature Superior Blend coffee and will showcase the new Lab Series - a curated rotation of limited-edition single origin coffees. Beans and brewing equipment are also on offer, with a grinding service available for those buying beans to take home.
It's clear Campos knows a thing or two about good coffee, holding the current title of Champion Australian Coffee Roaster, awarded by the Australian International Coffee Awards (and it's not the first time it has won the title).
Campos intends to showcase local makers and producers with a rotating display of local artists' works, and through considered collaborations, such as the partnership with local ceramic studio Pot Dispensary that is creating a range of custom cups for the store.
The aesthetically pleasing store is the perfect place for a pit stop during a busy day of shopping. Alongside your coffee order a tasty pastry (from AM Bakehouse), or a vegan and gluten-free treat (from Mahadeva's Kitchen).
To celebrate the opening of the flagship store, Campos is offering free coffee for a week (yes, you read that right). From January 28 to February 4, check out the new South Yarra store and score two free coffees per transaction (of any size or coffee type).
