Melbourne foodies will be privy to the chefs behind some of the world's best restaurants in April, when they take the stage at Margaret Court Arena to talk about their amazing food journeys.
Four chefs whose restaurant's have been featured in the World's 50 Best Restaurants list in the last couple of years will present their stories on stage in an event hosted by journalist Annabel Crabb. Chef Daniel Humm from New York's Eleven Madison Park (World's #3 restaurant 2016) will take to the stage with restaurateur and Eleven Madison Park co-owner Will Guidara. Famed pastry chef Jordi Roca from El Celler de Can Roca, whose restaurant took home the number one spot in 2015, will also share his experiences of the hospitality industry as will Gaggan Anand from Bangkok's Gaggan (Asia's #1 Restaurant) and Grant Achatz from Chicago's Alinea (World's #15 Restaurant).
Tickets start at $30 for general admission. VIP tickets include access to a post-event function and a meet-and-greet opportunity with the chefs.
