You can have an express lunch here in 45 minutes (Wednesday-Friday only) to get you well fed and back to your books quicksmart. We reckon Annam head chef Jerry Mai, whose creativity and passion for cooking keep the flavours here fresh and vibrant, would count herself among Ravenclaw House’s long list of distinguished women.

After a nearly $90 million renovation, this temple to learning is the most Ravenclaw of all of Melbourne’s spaces. Learn all about this fascinating building, play a round of chess, or just find a nook in the gorgeously refurbished Ian Potter Queen’s Hall reading room and let your imagination soar.

Have a pre-theatre classic pub meal and drink at this quirky bar, where you’ll find taxidermied animals in glass cases overlooking your meal. Luna Lovegood would be right at home here.
