Matt Germanchis from Anglesea’s Captain Moonlite will take over the hibachi grill at Supernormal Canteen to bring St Kilda a barbecued seafood feast with his signature Mediterranean-style on Wednesday, October 30 from 6pm.
Pony up $80 for this seafood-heavy dinner (beverages not included). The menu is currently being locked down, but favourites from Captain Moonlite such as the croquettes, house-made prawn crackers, hibachi-grilled calamari and snapper wings are likely to feature at this dinner.
