A New York pizza institution will be popping up in Melbourne for two days only as a part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. Brooklyn's Di Fara Pizza has been slinging Neapolitan style pies for more than 50 years, and has long been regarded as one of New York's best pizzerias. Founder Domenico Demarco's daughter Maggie Demarco Mieles will make the long haul flight from NY to Melbourne to bring the cult pizza party to life for two days at West Footscray's neighbourhood restaurant Harley and Rose.
