Mark your calendars Melbourne because Lulie Tavern's rock ‘n’ roller of a street party is almost here. After a sold-out debut, Luliepalooza returns this November to take over Lulie Street and Victoria Park Oval with a block party and a line-up to boot – and a bucking bull to boot things off even further.
Hot on the heels of their new album, Calm Ya Farm, the pysc-rockers the Murlocs will headline Luliepalooza along with Sydney’s C.O.F.F.I.N and Brisbane’s Full Flower Moon Band.
Also featured on the Lulie line-up is the post-punk artist Enola, Melbourne punks Split System and psych-pop legends Sunfruits, Emilee South, Heavy Amber and Hogwash. Lulie’s infamous House of Cheese DJs will also be bringing their floor-filling disco to the House of Cheese tent. For full line-up details, you can visit the Luliepalooza website here.
Throughout the day, the bars will be stocked with all sorts of libations from a range of local brews to house cocktails and spirits. Freddy’s Pizza will also be serving wood-fired pizzas and Lulie’s burgers will be sizzling away on the grill all day long.
Luliepalooza will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2023. Tickets for the party begin at $90 and you can get them now via the Lulie Tavern website here.
