[title]For a limited time, you can get your hands on a DIY fried chicken sandwich kit from specialty butcher Meatsmith. It's only available from now until February 26, so act quickly to ensure you don't miss out on these succulent sangas.
The kit is $45 and will make four sandwiches. Inside, you'll find potato rolls, brined free-range Bannockburn chicken thighs, spiced and seasoned flour for dredging, a jar of Meatsmith ranch dressing, Meatsmith's fennel glaze and zingy pickles. The only thing you need to provide is your appetite and 1.5 litres of vegetable oil to deep fry the chicken.
If you're not very confident with your deep frying skills, Meatsmith also has a variety of other ready-to-go kits like steak kits and barbecue boxes that don't require working with hot oil.
