Battle it out and catch 'em all to win a portion of the $75,000 prize pot

Calling all Pokémon fans: one of the largest Championship Series tournaments for the beloved Japanese game is headed to Melbourne from February 17 to 19. Taking place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the 2023 Pokémon Oceania International Championships will feature a prize pot of upwards of $75,000 in prizes and scholarships. To win a portion, be sure to bring your A-game and prepare to catch 'em all.

This year, the program will feature exciting competitions for the franchise's trading card game, popular video games and Pokémon Go. On top of the prize pot, winners can also snag an invitation to the World Championships taking place in Yokohama, Japan.

Registration is open to all players with an active Play! Pokémon account. For more information, visit the Pokémon website
