If you're a lover of fine seafood and sparkling wine, then you're in for a real treat with Cutler and Co's summer crustacea bar. It's available every Thursday through Sunday from now until February 27, so get ready to crack into juicy crabs, slurp briny oysters and peel plump prawns.
The menu highlights include a whole Fraser Island spanner crab served with brown butter sauce, chives and warm brioche; a poached and chilled Torrumbarry yabby, Skull Island tiger prawns served with lemon and Scotch Bonnet hot sauce; and Eden bonito sashimi with seaweed vinegar, orange oil and laver.
To pair with the sweet, saline flavours of the sea, the drinks menu boasts succinct mini-martinis, savoury Gibsons, shots of frozen vodka and a range of Champagnes and sparkling wines.
