Good grief.

The Peanuts gang has certainly been busy.

Earlier this year, It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown and A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving streamed on Apple TV+. This came as a shock to many fans who typically watched the specials on TV—a tradition families enjoyed since the '60s. Expect a similar situation for Christmas—with a catch.

A Charlie Brown Christmas will start streaming on Apple TV+ on December 4. Those who aren't subscribers will be able to catch the beloved film for free from Dec 11–13. Additionally, PBS and PBS Kids will air the special on Dec 13 at 7:30pm, so mark your calendars!

Now that the final month of the year is upon us, take a look at our December events calendar for NYC families—a slew of Christmas events and cool things to do (at a distance). If you feel more comfortable staying in right now, our go-to kids' Christmas movies will definitely keep you busy. (Hot chocolate not required, but encouraged.)
