The chef behind some of Sydney's best restaurants and wine bars – Bentley Restaurant and Bar, Monopole, Cirrus and Yellow – will be taking to Carriageworks for this Saturday afternoon masterclass that'll showcase fresh spring veggies. Taking inspiration from his wholly vegetarian menu at Yellow, Brent Savage will cook up a four plant-based dishes based around seasonal produce from Carriageworks Farmers Markets. The interactive kitchen class will be co-hosted by Pat Nourse of Gourmet Traveller, who will pry Savage for all his clever cooking tips.
