Waking up in the middle of Bondi Beach at the Adina Apartment Hotel means you're at the doorstep of some of one of Sydney's most beautiful beaches. But along with the sandy shorelines of North and South Bondi, arising on Hall Street means you can pack out your day with superfood-loaded breakfasts, boutique shopping, ocean-ogling walks, and of course lots of saltwater swims. We know, because we've been there, done that, and filmed the whole thing:

After a quick dip in the Adina's pool, kick start your day by fuelling up on a super locally sourced breakfast at the Nine. The “South Side” smashed avocado is so-named because it’s seasoned with seaweed scooped off the southern stretch of Bondi Beach.

Next up, see where your breakfast began and trail the coastline on the Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk. You'll navigate winding paths, grassy knolls, whitewashed shorelines and moss -overed rocks before arriving at the beautiful park-edged Bronte Beach.

Afterwards, reward yourself with a shopping jaunt on Gould Street – almost every shopfront lining the main drag houses a boutique showcasing Australian designers or beauty brands, all with a laidback beach vibe. Head to Playa by Lucy Folk for playful jewellery and luxe accessories, Jac+ Jack for minimal resortwear, Bondi Wash eco-friendly cleaning goods or Tuchuzy for designer dacks and dresses.

Finally, retire back to your room to relax before heading out for dinner at one of Bondi's bustling restaurants and bars. Just downstairs you'll find Da OrazioChina Diner and A Tavola, then you can cap off your evening with a late-night cocktail at Neighbourhood, Bondi Hardware or the Anchor
