VEA’s new summer cocktails are available now and come courtesy of legendary mixologist Antonio Lai (the man behind Ori-gin, Quinary and The Envoy) and Kirill Runkov, head bartender at VEA. Our favourite? I Am Your Father, a bevvie from a galaxy far, far away.
This espresso martini-esque cocktail is made with Bacardi 8, espresso and roasted syrup. Garnished with bacon, toasted sesame and chocolate-covered chipotle, the drink is served in a Darth Vader helmet vessel, sure to keep Instagrammers, cocktail enthusiasts and Star Wars nerds happy.
