American import Lawry’s The Prime Rib is celebrating its 11th anniversary in Hong Kong with a new set menu. Their signature roast rib of beef is complemented by six new sauces inspired by the restaurant's locations which can be found across Asia and the US.
The menu is available until November 30 and features the especially tongue-tingling black pepper sauce – inspired by the Hong Kong branch – plus another five celebrating each of their other worldwide restaurants. The US-inspired sauce is beef au jus, Japan’s wasabi soy sauce has a fierce kick, the Singapore-style curry sauce brings a different twist to steaks, Taiwan’s sesame soy sauce is deliciously savoury and Korea’s red chilli sauce spices up proceedings.
