Golden Duck’s new Sichuan Mala hot pot fish skin now available in Hong Kong

Golden Duck, the gourmet snack company behind last year’s Salted Egg Yolk Fish Skin craze, is now stocking the shelves of stores in our city with its latest buzzworthy product: the Sichuan Mala Hot Pot Fragrant Mix.

The crispy fish skin gives us yet another way to get hot and sweaty this summer. It comes with the option of either Level 4 or Level 6 spiciness, and each bag contains a mix of Golden Duck’s signature fish skin, fluffy beancurd skin and a trio of straw, oyster and shiitake mushrooms. This is all then tossed with a blend of 19 carefully selected spices to replicate the numbing flavours of a Sichuan mala hot pot.

The crisps will available in 7-Eleven, ParknShop and HKTV Malls around the city starting from August 7 for $55 each. Grab a pack with your friend to see if you can handle the heat.
