The team at Lobster Bar in Admiralty's Island Shangri-La have just launched an exciting new à la carte menu containing an array of scrumptious dishes with lobster and premium cuts of meat. The new menu, designed by Executive Sous Chef Cary Docherty and Head Chef Kenny Chan, is made up of a total of eight appetisers, seven succulent main meals, six dishes from the grill, and a choice of six classic European desserts to finish off with.
