Lucale in Sai Ying Pun unveils a host of menu-bolstering new dishes to ring in the summer months. The new dishes, which will stay on the menu indefinitely, promise to keep diners refreshed and satisfied as the temperatures outside soar. There are new additions of salads, and also hotter, meatier dishes. The new menu items include cold spaghetti salad ($298), which comes topped with caviar and Sorrento lemon, chives and shallots; and marinated salmon salad and avocado crème ($188), with quinoa, green apple, and ponzu sauce.

As for the hot dishes, Lucale will be serving up appetising offerings like black and white tagliolini ($268) with clam jus, scallops, brandy, and Mediterranean prawn quenelle; and Mediterranean-style black cod ($268) with paral pachino tomatoes, and Pantelleria capers with potato puree. Vegetarians will also be catered to in this regard, with the ravioli with Viadana squash and mascarpone ($198), which comes with amaretto, pistachios, and black truffle.
