It always helps when a restaurant looks pretty on camera, doesn’t it? It’s even better when the food is actually on par with the aesthetics, and Parkside@Nina CWB seems to understand this perfectly. Tucked away on the first floor of Nina Hotel Causeway Bay, the 3,000-sq-ft nature-inspired space brings a heavy dose of botanical elegance with a menu of international favourites and Asian influences.

The restaurant itself is a visual feast before you even get to the food. Designed by the award-winning Atelier E – the creative studio behind the original Parkside@Nina in Tsuen Wan, which earned a spot among the 50 most beautiful cafés in the world – the interior is decked with a canopy of oversized calla lily-inspired lighting and inverted flower structures that hover over diners. Huge floor-to-ceiling glass walls flood the room with natural light, while curved seating and integrated planters soften the edges, making the 100-seat dining room feel surprisingly intimate. There’s also a private wood-finished dining room that fits up to 10 guests, perfect for family gatherings, business dinners, or special occasions.

On the menu, you’ll find an all-day affair that bounces between refined Western comforts and Asian staples. You can start with smoked salmon in mini cone ($138) or beef carpaccio ($158) before moving on to regional signatures like Hainanese chicken rice ($228), nasi goreng ($168), or a classic bowl of wonton noodle soup ($158). There are also artisan wood-fired sourdough pizzas, like the Japanese smoked tuna with free-range egg ($178), and heartier mains like king prawn with miso butter ($288), grilled beef tenderloin ($378), and a particularly indulgent Wagyu beef burger ($168).

Things stay just as photogenic when it comes to the final course, with a selection of desserts including a lychee and hibiscus pavlova ($98), caramelised banana ($98), and a wood fossil chocolate cake ($88) that pays homage to the restaurant’s distinctive design.

As the sun sets, the focus shifts to the sleek sculptural bar, which offers a dedicated highball series, an extensive international wine list, and a selection of signature cocktails with Asian twists. Highlights include the Thyme Zone ($98), which pairs smooth whisky with a peach afterglow, the Hong Kong Sling ($98), and a yuzu espresso martini ($98). Non-alcoholic options are also available, with inventive mocktails such as Ruby Groove ($78) with yuzu and cranberry, or the whimsical Magic Potion ($78) with butterfly pea tea and tropical fruit.

From May 18, early-risers can tuck into a breakfast set menu starting from $138. The midday crowd can choose from three-course or four-course set lunch options starting from $178 per person, while those visiting in the evening can opt for a refined four-course set dinner from $428. To secure a spot under the lilies, make your reservation online or visit the hotel website for more information.
