There's some exciting news on the horizon for the city's foodies, as new Vietnamese restaurant Xuân will be opening soon on bustling Lun Fat Street in Wan Chai. The restaurant, which serves up refined Vietnamese cuisine with influences from imperial Huế and colonial French cuisine, is also inspired by Hồ Xuân Hương, a female Vietnamese poet who lived in the 1700s and broke the mould by being forward-thinking, artistic, and creative.
The restaurant is brought to us by the team behind Nha Trang and BEP Vietnamese Kitchen, as another addition to one of Hong Kong's already exciting epicurean areas. Although there is no official opening date yet, the team aims to open in early July.
