And they’re bringing coffee to the table

Draft Land is crossing the harbour! The popular tavern, which first brought its cocktails-on-tap concept from Taipei to Central and Causeway Bay, is opening its very first Kowloon outpost in Tsim Sha Tsui on August 3.
Setting up shop on Minden Avenue, the new venue will operate as a dual-concept space. By day, local coffee brand nodi will take over the reins. From 8am to 5pm, visitors can get their caffeine fix and pair it with a curated selection of baked goods like cookies and loaf cakes. There’s also a venue-exclusive elderflower coffee soda ($48) on the menu, which blends a shot of espresso with elderflower syrup and sparkling soda.
Come 5pm, the venue shifts back to Draft Land. Behind the bar sits a massive wall of 24 taps pouring familiar favourites like the Thirsty Collins, Guk Bou, and Oolong Tea Collins, along with a new trio of coffee-infused creations concocted with nodi. Night owls can opt for the Really Really Dark & Stormy ($100) – a spice-heavy take on the classic Dark & Stormy made with cold brew, fresh ginger juice, and honey – or the Coconut Punch ($120), a tropical Scotch-based milk punch mixed with hojicha, coconut, and subtle hints of almond and vanilla. If you prefer something a little stronger, the Caferoni ($120) offers a caffeinated twist on the Negroni made with bourbon, cacao, sherry, and vermouth.
The food menu has also been given an upgrade, elevating well beyond basic bar nibbles to feature dishes like Southeast Asian-inspired pork neck ($108), harissa octopus ($138), street food-style ‘Takoyaki’ fishballs ($98), and a Japanese curry beef toasty ($128).
Visually, the venue moves away from the raw industrial look of its Hong Kong Island siblings, swapping exposed concrete for warm earthy tones paired with wooden fixtures and a semi-outdoor seating area – perfect for a bit of breezy, al fresco sipping while you watch Tsim Sha Tsui go about its business.
