Leonard Cheung, who describes himself as a chef and dreamer, has worked in the likes of Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred restaurants 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana and Bo Innovation, and is debuting with his own restaurant named Cultivate this March. Aiming to offer a fine-casual and interactive dining experience, Cultivate will offer one ever-changing tasting menu that features ingredients driven by the seasons with unexpected flavours and combinations. The first menu, which focuses on spring, will evolve before changing concepts completely including thematic menus on single colours and food trends of times past. The new restaurant seats 22 and is located on Soho’s buzzing Elgin Street.
