Run by chef Leonard Cheung – formerly of 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana and Bo Innovation – the restaurant seats 22 and is located on Soho’s buzzing Elgin Street. Now on their second year, Cultivate offers a fine-casual dining experience with interactive elements and an ever-changing tasting menu. The menu is filled with unexpected flavours and unique combinations you would never have thought of, let alone tasted. The dishes are clever and creative and always come with a hint of Asian or Chinese elements, which are surprising but feel familiar at the same time. Another thing we love about the restaurant is that it accommodates people with dietary restrictions, including those with allergies, maternity diets, and pescatarians, as long as you give the staff 48-hour notice.
