Winter is coming...okay fine, it’s here already. To mark its arrival, Sha Tin 18, the Hyatt Regency’s signature pan-Chinese restaurant, has released a specially crafted Winter Menu designed to nourish and warm your body during the cold winter months that lay ahead.

A whole range of hearty dishes that make use of distinctively Chinese ingredients has been lovingly crafted by Chef Ho Chung Hung, an homage to traditional and nutrient-rich recipes that strengthen the body’s immunity during winter. Think golden fried plantain served with abalone and braised capon, or mouthwateringly aromatic nest fern stir-fried with plum cordia, chili and garlic. Innovative and rich in flavour, Sha Tin 18’s winter menu is a heart-warming culinary experience that should be tasted by any self-respecting Hong Kong foodie.
