After last year’s Thanksgiving at home, some Angelenos have discovered the beauty of ordering a pre-made, restaurant quality Thanksgiving meal. Between the cleanup, the potential for dry turkey and the possibility of forgotten ingredients, there’s plenty of stress that comes with cooking your own turkey at home, so why not leave it all to the pros?

For those who’d rather leave the house this year, some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles are taking all the hassle out of Turkey Day with dine-in Thanksgiving feasts, but for those who’ll be at home with family and friends, several L.A. restaurants are offering an entire Thanksgiving dinner to-go—complete with all the fixins. If you’re looking to avoid the stress of cooking for (and entertaining) your relatives, hang up your apron and order one of these premade Thanksgiving meals.

Menu: For a less traditional Thanksgiving feast, Angelini Restaurant Group is offering family-style Italian salad, antipasti, pasta and other large-format main entrées for groups that aren’t as into eating the same old turkey and mashed potatoes. Instead, chef Gino Angelini’s team can roast you and your friends and family racks of veal, beef tenderloin or slow-braised beef short ribs, or lighter fare like branzino and salmon. Though we’d consider most of Angelini’s catering menu straight-up Italian, a few dishes, like the autumnal butternut squash lasagna, roasted vegetables and chestnut soup can be easily repurposed for a less turkey-centric Turkey Day meal.
