You might have spotted them on the menu at CBD Thai diner Dodee Paidang or acclaimed Japanese café Ima Project Café, but now it's time for you to enjoy these popular Basque cheesecakes at home.
Ivy Yap, the brains behind Sugarnomad, is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef and has previously worked under the mentorship of Ryne's Donovan Cooke. Now Yap has started offering her airy desserts to the public via Instagram.
There are five flavours to choose from: classic Basque cheesecake; matcha; coffee; hōjicha; and Thai milk tea. During truffle season, Yap even sold a caramelised honey and black truffle Basque cheesecake which was in high demand (sadly truffle season is over so these are no longer available).
Order yours via Dodee Paidang or Ima Project Café or via Sugarnomad's Instagram here.
