Feuille turns three with a farm trip and a week of exceptional chef dinners

Contemporary nature-inspired French restaurant Feuille is turning three, and to mark this milestone, the one-Michelin-star and Green Star recipient is pulling out all the stops with a series of exclusive dining events, including a unique table-to-farm experience and a stellar lineup of six-hands collaboration dinners featuring some of the most revered names in the city’s culinary scene.
The celebrations kick off on May 10 with a table-to-farm journey, held in partnership with trusted local purveyor Farmhouse Productions. The experience begins with a guided farm tour, providing a glimpse into the world of sustainable agriculture, followed by an exquisite lunch menu crafted by consultant chef David Toutain and executive chef Joris Rousseau using sustainable local produce.
Following the farm excursion, Feuille will host three exclusive six-hands dinners that bring Toutain and Rousseau together with some of Hong Kong’s most celebrated culinary figures. On May 11, Richard Ekkebus of the three-Michelin-starred Amber will join the duo for a dinner that blends Asian and French flavours. On the following day, Barry Quek of Whey takes his turn alongside the Feuille team, offering a menu that bridges Singaporean flavours with refined French technique. The series wraps up on May 13 with Ricardo Chaneton of Michelin-starred Mono, whose modern Latin American cooking meets Feuille’s produce-driven French gastronomy for a special finale.
The table-to-farm journey is priced at $2,888 per person, while each of the three six-hand collaboration dinners is $2,488 per person. Seats for these exclusive dining experiences are limited, so make your reservations at sevenrooms.com/experiences/feuille to celebrate the restaurant’s special milestone.
