Raise a glass to empowerment this Women’s Month

Celebrating women’s achievements across the bartending industry, Women & Tipple has grown from a Manila-based cross-industry event into a multi-cultural series that travels across cities in Asia. Their latest event brings mixologists together with founders, creators, and entrepreneurs, accented by one-night-only signature cocktail creations. The 2026 Hong Kong edition gathers some of the most acclaimed bartenders from the region for a one-night-only experience at Mondrian Hong Kong’s rooftop bar, Avoca.
On March 9, festivities kick off at 8pm sharp at the hotel’s bar on the 38th floor, where resident mixologist Lupus Chan teams up with Korean lifestyle influencer Britty Ko to ease visitors into a night of artisanal mixology and crafty flavours. This is followed by a collaboration between Taki Li from Asia’s and World’s Best Bar winner, Bar Leone, and Hong Kong dining content creator Yuki Leung. From 9pm onwards, one of mainland China’s most accomplished bartenders Ring Zhao will take the stage with Filippina lifestyle entrepreneur and creator Tyffanie Short for an energetic tasting experience. Finally, mixologist Kim Liu from Macau’s Wing Lei Bar joins local wine and spirits critic Cecilia Wong, where sophisticated flavours and curated tastes conclude the evening.
In addition to mixology, the Hong Kong edition of Women & Tipples also showcases a series of women-led lifestyle brands that focuses on sustainability, craftsmanship, and social impact. You can expect to browse through stunning pieces from fine jewellery house ARAO by Mirabel Rosar, natural skincare products from LA THEA by Teodora Lazaroba, and scent label The Blomstre by Jerwine Bonafe Que, among others.
Women & Tipple will take place from 8pm to 1am on March 9 at Avoca, 38/F, Mondrian Hong Kong, 8 Hart Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui. Reserve a table at sevenrooms.com.
