Henry has announced that they will launch their rendition of Taco Tuesdays, every week starting from June 23. Featuring gourmet tacos from Chef de Cuisine Nathan Green and chef Fernando Corona, their tacos will rotate based on seasonality of ingredients and butcher’s choice, keeping with their farm to table attitude towards food.

This season, Henry debuts Taco Tuesdays with six premium tacos: smoked short rib, soft-shell crab, pork belly, ribeye, grilled lobster, and octopus tacos. All of them are packed with unique fillings inspired by authentic Mexican flavours. On Taco Tuesdays, you’ll be able to enjoy two tacos for $250, against the backdrop of Henry’s intimate ambience and breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour.

The Greenville

Going along with their Taco Tuesday menu is an inventive array of new cocktails that draw from iconic places in the US south. Highlights include the Dallas ($132), a reimagining of an Old Fashioned using rendered beef fat to incorporate a meaty aroma that plays well with the sweetness of maple syrup; the Albuquerque ($128), dark rum mixed with bananas, Pandan syrup, lime juice, and Horchata; and the Greenville ($132), a cocktail in which the light and refreshing flavour from lychee, basil, and lime juice, belies its dark appearance. Yu An Su
