Their new TCA Gourmet online platform is packed full of semi-cooked gourmet delights for easy home preparation. All dishes are pre-seasoned, portioned and vacuum-sealed for simple and hygienic home cooking in minutes. What’s even better is that they also have a three-day shelf life, so you can plan your meals ahead with no fuss.
Ranging from coffee-infused slow-roasted Iberico Pork Chops for two ($168), and whole Boston lobster roll ($118), to nori toast ($68), and halibut fillet for two ($179), the selection is wide-ranging – with even chunky chocolate chip cookies ($28) for those with a sweet tooth. Vegetarians and vegans are also catered to with dishes like Impossible meatballs with tomato pesto sauce and Cauliflower ‘Risotto’ ($68). The dishes range over four sizes, including small meals for one (same-day availability), medium meals for couples (12 to 24-hour availability), large meals for families (24 to 48-hour availability) and extra-large meals for gatherings (three days availability).

Each semi-cooked food pack also includes a recipe card that is easy to follow, and a complimentary coffee drip bag that has a value of $25. The daily order cutoff time is at 3pm, and delivery is free for orders of at least $1,000, $50 delivery fee for orders between $300, and $100 fee for less than $300. Alternatively, in-store pick up is available from 4pm until 6pm at The Coffee Academics' Wan Chai or Quarry Bay outlets.
