They’ll be sticking around until early next year!

If your daily willpower crumbles at the mere sight of fresh pastries and warm cheese tarts, consider yourself warned – the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is bringing back its Cake Shop pop-up to IFC Mall. Led by executive pastry chef Ringo Chan, the temporary setup will be turning out freshly baked creations every day, featuring a mix of signature favourites, exclusive bakes, and limited-edition monthly releases.
One of the signature highlights is their baked Japanese cheese tarts, crafted with Hokkaido cream and premium Japanese eggs. They come in two variations: classic vanilla ($280) and Kyoto matcha ($280), which uses tea sourced straight from Kyoto to give a subtle, earthy bitterness that balances out the rich cream.
For those making an early run through the mall, there are weekday breakfast grab-and-go options (available from 8am to 10.30am) like the Japanese egg and bacon semolina bread ($82) or a ham and emmental cheese croissant ($74), both of which come with a fruit juice.
Anyone after a midday treat will also find plenty to keep their energy from dipping, including an oatmeal raisin cookie selection ($58) – cashew nut chocolate and rose lychee or Sicilian pistachio chocolate with red fruits – as well as a caramelised brioche with poached pandan crème ($55) that will remind you of buttery warm French toast.
Apart from these exclusive creations, there’ll be a Danish collection ($36 each) featuring flavours like raspberry yoghurt bowtie, orange & chocolate chips, and coconut pineapple. You can also pick up Macau-style egg tarts ($19) in classic or pandan and kaya, sliced Red Velvet and Black Forest cakes ($78), or petit cakes ($78) in options like pistachio chocolate raspberry, white peach charlotte, Shikwasa pineapple, and chestnut cherry.
The Four Seasons Cake Shop pop-up runs from August 4, 2026 to February 14, 2027 at Kiosk LA15, Podium Level 1. Opening hours are 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 7pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
