A whole week dedicated to the Negroni, a classic aperitif cocktail
Negroni Week launches around the world this June to celebrate a classic aperitif cocktail. Presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari, the worldwide event calls on bars to donate at least $1 from every Negroni sold to their chosen charities or local causes.
Melbourne's best cocktail bars have come on board, with Nieuw Amsterdam donating funds to Beyond Blue, The Noble Experiment supporting the Breast Cancer Foundation and city bar 1806 donating to the Cancer Council. Find your nearest participating bar on the Negroni Week site. You can also do your bit everytime you drink a Negroni by sharing your Negroni selfies with the #Negroniweek hashtag and tagging Campari (@CampariAU). Campari will make a donation to OZHarvest with every tag.
