Big news for dance music fans of Victoria: the famously fun touring festival Spilt Milk has just announced its 2026 Vic location, and it’s officially heading to Geelong/Djilang. Australia's biggest regional touring music festival has locked in a new five-year home at Kardinia Park, with support from Visit Victoria and the City of Greater Geelong keeping the event in the region until 2030.
For context, Spilt Milk is a younger-leaning music festival that specialises in big name acts – with line-up alumni including Lorde, Post Malone, Childish Gambino, Flume and Doechii. After four mega successful editions in Ballarat, the one-day fest is making the move to Geelong, where it's set to bring tens of thousands of fans – and a major economic boost – to the city each December (popping up this year on Saturday, December 19).
So who’s appearing this year? Scottish superstar Lewis Capaldi will headline Spilt Milk's 2026 return to Victoria, marking his first Australian festival run since his triumphant Glastonbury comeback and sold-out arena tour. He'll be joined by four-time Grammy nominee RAYE, fresh off the release of her chart-topping second album, alongside electronic heavyweight KETTAMA, US rapper Baby Keem, indie-pop favourite Maisie Peters, genre-bending pop star Remi Wolf and beloved Aussie outfit DMA'S, plus a stacked supporting lineup of emerging local and international acts.
