Melbourne is all about that brunch, be it a Mexican fiesta at Bodega Underground or a barbecue bonanza at Fancy Hanks. We're also all about cheese, which is why we're stoked with the news that That's Amore is applying its delicious cheeses to a dedicated brunch menu at its deli and café in Thomastown. Everything on the eight-item menu features one of the house-made cheeses, be it scrambled eggs with ricotta and sausages, potato rosti with burrata, toast with stracciatella or a crumbed and fried patty of caciotta cheese inside a bagel.

Each of the cheeses are made on site from Victorian dairy, and if you consider anything but curds to be filler, they'll also rustle you up a cheeseboard so you can skip the carbs entirely.

That's Amore's cheese brunch runs from 8am until 3pm on weekends at its Thomastown retail outlet.
