Hong Kong is a city that never sleeps and always eats. Fitting then, that The Pass – a late dining experience – is popping up from September 9 over eight consecutive Saturdays, designed for foodies looking to sink their teeth into something a little different.

The Pass is a concept showcasing eight of our city's top chefs, cooking up dishes outside of their usual repertoire. Featuring chefs from Yenn Wong's JIA Group such as Nathan Green of Rhoda, Aaron Gillespie of 22 Ships and Ham & Sherry and Fung Man-Ip of Duddell's, each will whip up a menu accompanied by free-flow premium wines, cocktails and digestifs.

Expect dishes such as Hokkaido uni with smoked cod roe, chopped oyster, cucumber, apple and dill or rolled roast porchetta with a herb rub, caramelised apple and salsa verde. As for desserts, depending on which supper club you choose, sweet treats could be anything from sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream to steamed pandan flavour cake with Robusta coffee sauce and freshly grated coconut.

Limited to only 20 seats per dinner, you'll have to book tickets fast at Ticketflap.
