Montana, while well-known as the sister brand of Bar Leone, the World’s Best Bar 2025, absolutely stands its own as one of Hong Kong’s best drinking spots. A nod to the rum-soaked glory of Cuban culture in Miami in the 70s, Montana is where you go if you want the night to be fun and the drinks to be excellent. The friendly team is giving away a special experience for two, which includes two drinks of choice and a portion of their pulled pork sliders, worth a total value of up to $700 before service charge. We wouldn’t presume to dictate your tastes, but Montana’s Café Havana is one of our favourite cocktails in Central, and the daiquiri is also damn good (which, as they say, is the sign of a bar that knows what they’re doing).

Red Sugar is Kerry Hotel’s lounge and bar, well known for an impressive collection of wine and spirits, as well as being a rooftop oasis. They are giving away cocktails and bar snacks for two, worth up to $800. Red Sugar’s latest cocktail menu celebrates classic Cantonese flavours like dried citrus peel, salted plum, and chrysanthemum flowers – think a gin sour that blends Iron Buddha tea with elderflower liqueur; goose fat-washed bourbon with Okinawa black sugar and lychee wood smoke; a blend of salted plum, Huadiao wine, and hibiscus tea; and a mix of baijiu, cucumber, and pineapple rice wine.
