Chicken wings are accompanied by sour cream and fermented chilli and tomato hot sauce; sausage rolls feature confit pork belly with rhubarb Sriracha; burgers house wagyu beef, pickled zucchini and mustard seed, black pepper and veal jus and more; twice-cooked potatoes are dusted in native furikake and dessert comes in the form of a Kat Kat – a glazed chocolate hazelnut dessert. Attica is here to give the Grand Final an American makeover with the Nacho Footy Loaf, which features a hollowed-out roll filled with beef and black bean chilli, two kinds of sour cream (one to dip your bread into), spicy jalapenos, cheddar, guacamole, pepper berry pickled onions, coriander and corn chips.
