Last week saw a devastating ice storm wreak havoc on Montreal, with many Quebec residents still without power.

This week is a completely different story.

Just in time for the rooftop season to kick off, Environment and Climate Change Canada's Montreal weather forecast shows temperatures hovering around 20 C or more on Thursday, April 13, Friday, April 14, and Saturday, April 15.

Looks like three consecutive days of summertime weather.

Throw on your sunnies and take advantage of the incredible beaches, parks and hiking trails in and around Montreal.

Whether you’re grabbing a cocktail at one of the city’s best bars, or eating al fresco at one of the top tables in Montreal, make sure to take advantage of this taste of summer.

Stroll through the 5th coolest neighbourhood in the world—Mile End—looking for the best smoked meat and bagels, or pop down to rue Wellington to see why it was ranked the coolest neighbourhood in the world (hint: it may have something to do with these sandwiches).
