Žižkov has more pubs than any other area of Prague, but this is one of the best, at least for fans of garage rock and weird art. The Shot-Out Eye sits beneath the ominous giant statue of General Jan Žižka, the renowned warrior whose battle injury inspired the gory name. A three-level outdoor beer garden serves bargain-basement Měšťan, while the taps indoors flow non-stop to a soundtrack of local anarcho-rockers Psí Vojáci and a backdrop of grotesque paintings by the artist Martin Velíšek. There's free Wi-Fi.
