One of Kowloon's best beer bars, The Madhouse is a great place to spend happy hour. It's on here every day from 3-8pm, with their fine selection of craft beers reduced to a very reasonable $58 for a 400ml pour. Add to this a changing selection of free foodie items that punters can choose from, and you've got yourself a decent session of merriment. 

This airy, industrial-chic spot nestled in TST’s Austin Avenue is a perfect place to while away an hour or three. Happy hour goes from 3-6pm daily, during which all items on the à la carte F&B menu are 50 percent off.
