18-20 October, 5pm-late: Rye Runway
Tomi Ho, the incredible consultant of Runway and 2016’s Gin Jubilee Champion for Hong Kong, presents alongside the Kyrö Distillery Company, an interactive photographic experience utilising the award-winning Napue rye gin. Kyrö brand ambassador Steven Beerens will make a one-night appearance behind the bar for further mischief on Wednesday to celebrate the first day of festivities.
18 October, 7pm-9pm, Death’s Door Evening with Ricky Tsang & Ondrej Pospichal
Experience the simple and elegant beauty of gin with M Bar’s house mixologist, Ricky Tsang, and visiting barman Ondrej Pospichal, who are stirring the night up with Death’s Door.
18 October, 6pm-late: Garnish Your St George Gin & Tonic
For one night only, Dr Fern’s Gin Parlour creates a garden of Eden full of garnishes for patients to match their Gin Jubilee prescriptions. Select from strawberries, lemons, blueberries, mint and more in the garnish garden where the Gin Jubilee Special Prescription will be available for $135.
18 October, 8pm-10pm: London Calling
The Pontiac summons a thunderous rocking British playlist to welcome the arrival of the Jubilee. Expect Zeppelin, Sabbath and banging drinks to match with The Pontiac’s very own Jubilee G&T creation – Guns of Brixton.
18 October, 8pm-late: Tasty Cinema: Swingers
Enjoy a delightful screening of cult favourite Swingers with the spirited team at Ping Pong 129 and St George Spirits, America’s pioneering craft distillery, accompanied with tasty tipples inspired by the movie.
19 October, 2pm-4pm, Citadelle Gin Masterclass with Micaela Piccolo
Join us for an afternoon tasting at 11 Westside with Maison Ferrand’s Asia Pacific brand ambassador, Micaela Piccolo, as she leads a masterclass with Citadelle gin, a French gin made in the heart of Cognac by master distiller Alexandre Gabriel.
