The team behind the hugely successful quarterly Flour Market bake sales have locked in a weekly market event every Thursday in June. Starting June 2 until June 30, eight vendors will be setting up at the Melbourne Central Link Bridge over Lonsdale Street, selling the sorts of delicious baked goods diehard fans of the Flour Market will be familiar with.
Each market day will present different a combination of vendors, like the celebrated pastry chefs from Chez Dre, LuxBite, Candied Bakery, Cobb Lane, Tivoli Road Bakery, Rustica, and Nora. If you're loyal to your local favourites, expect Eat A Scroll, Butterbing, Billy Van Creamy, Shortstop, Agathe Patisserie, Pidapipo, and Millstone Patisserie.
Those who were sad to hear that the Wholey Day market was cancelled can look forward to seeing vendors who will be doling out the whole foods treats like Pana Chocolate, Hunted + Gathered, and Citizen Cacao.
