Savour American food at 31 participating restaurants in the city

Now running in its fourth year in Hong Kong, Delicious USA – organised annually by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) / Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) in Hong Kong – returns to various local dining destinations to highlight the year’s best American produce. From now until October 16, enjoy quality ingredients from the USA prepared in delectable dishes by numerous chefs in the city. Dishes will showcase sustainable, versatile, and quality-assured products from American farms, ranches, and fishing waters, including meat, seafood, dairy, seafood, fruit, nuts, and wines.  

Drop by any of the 31 participating restaurants in the city, including Spanish restaurants El Cerdo, La Paloma, Quiero Más, The Bayside, as well as Indian restaurant Gaylord. For Asian flavours, head to Namo Avant Thai and AnOther Place. Meat eaters can make a beeline for bites of steak at Harbourside Grill, Morton’s of Chicago, The Den, and The Meat Co. Pescatarians can indulge in seafood at Oyster & Wine Bar or enjoy sweet and succulent Boston lobster by ordering whole grilled or lobster mac and cheese at Sai Ying Pun’s neighbourhood seafood joint Lobster Shack. For creative vegetarian dishes, Veda and Treehouse is a must-try in Central. 

For good old American cuisine, head to Chubby Papa’s Deli, Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill, Inn Side Out, Smoke & Barrel, and Westwood Carvery, or Cadillac Bar & Grill for a bit of Mexican-American blend.
